3/23/23 I went to dealership and found a jeep that I liked, the salesman Oliver made the process of trading in my vehicle and purchasing a new vehicle flawless. Oliver was knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all my questions and most of all very friendly and made this whole process easy. This process was easy and quick. I would argue too easy and quick lol. It shouldn't be that easy to spend that much money! Great team and very responsive. I live 2.5 hrs away and struggled to find time to get there and they were super accommodating.

Just didn't understand if both my cars are made by dodge why couldn't the 3 oil changes cover my other car didn't make sense to me. Other than that I was in and out I will continue to trust them

Went in for OLF (oil, lube, filter). Not warranty and out of pocket. Service Advisor recommended a maintenance plan where the OLF is X3 for $150. Plan uses Full Synthetic and is based on oil capacity for that engine. Previous next best was X2 for $100 but only five quarts…had to pay per quart difference if over five. No appointment and I was #4 with a 0700 Check in time. From check in to departure engine start just barely over two hours. Decent customer lounge although not spectacular. I had a cluster issue and didn't know exactly what was happening with my truck. It was sitting at a total of 2 Ram dealerships in Alliance and North Richland Hills for almost 6 weeks. I took it to Meador and they found and fixed the issue within a couple of days. Big thank you to Rami in service!

I bought a Jeep over the phone as I was driving to a Fort Worth to visit my daughter. When I called Salesman Al Smith answered the phone. From that point forward Al was incredible. He walked me through every step and secured the one Grand Wagoner available. He was friendly, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and prompt. He had all the paperwork ready and even dropped the new vehicle off at my hotel. At the hotel he spent a hour explaining all the complicated functions of the vehicle to me and drove back my trade in. Fastest, easiest and friendliest experience we have ever had. We did everything over the phone, from picking out a brand new car, working out a deal to showing up and picking up our car. We dealt with Pedro and Oliver and both of them were extremely pleasant. I highly recommend this dealership. We drove from 5 hours away and will do it again because this experience was so great.

We had a very favorable experience at the Meador Dodge dealership. Good straight forward deal with the salesman Don, which was much appreciated. This may not be the biggest dealership out there but I think you get more personal type of interaction with their staff. Bigger is not always better.
