Successful candidates will:

  • Build relationships and create customers for life by utilizing a consultative sales approach
  • Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages and the latest technology
  • Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new / pre-owned vehicles
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business and complete satisfaction with their purchase
  • Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
  • Exceptional communication skills with all customers
  • Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
  • Clean driving record
