Successful candidates will:
- Build relationships and create customers for life by utilizing a consultative sales approach
- Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages and the latest technology
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new / pre-owned vehicles
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business and complete satisfaction with their purchase
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Exceptional communication skills with all customers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
