For the 2024 model year, the Ram ProMaster undergoes light changes to help improve comfort and safety. 2024 Ram ProMaster models are available with a heated steering wheel and heated windshield to help drivers remain comfortable in colder conditions. When properly equipped, the Ram ProMaster provides up to 4,680 pounds of maximum payload capacity or a maximum towing capacity of up to 6,910 pounds.

From the driver's seat, the Ram ProMaster features smartphone integration through a standard 7.0-inch Uconnect® 5 infotainment system or available 10.1-inch Uconnect® 5 NAV infotainment system.
